Please bear in mind that these figures are only up to 12th May 2021 - The UK government will add more pages as the year goes by. There are another 7 months of reporting to go since first posted.
Another thing that has to be taken into account is that on average only 1% (one percent) of adverse reactions and deaths due to any drug are actually officially reported. With these new gene therapies the figure is most likely too be even lower than 1% as doctors are reluctant or simply refuse to report them.
